We’ll Be Checking On the Progress of Your Program

Grant recipients are expected to report on their progress intermittently throughout the grant cycle. Interim grant status reports are due on first Friday in March, first Friday in May, and the 2nd Friday in July. A final report will be due no later than January 15 of the following year.

Grant Grading Rubric

  • Include benchmark data specific to the program to establish a baseline for measuring performance. Include the KPIs identified in your original grant application packet. At a minimum, this should include the number of kids impacted or reached.

  • Provide financial information regarding the budget versus actuals for the program to date.

  • Write a narrative about the first quarter of the program detailing what the program has accomplished, what is planned in the coming months, identify and challenges the program is facing, and any positive impact the program has had.
